Product Description

PTFE composting membrane  is made by unique paste extruding and bidirectional drawing technology.The product structure is unique--the fiber is interlaced by micro fiber between "nodes", the pore diamter is 0.1~1.4um, and the porosity is more than 80%
The three-layer structural PTFE fermentation membrance by combining PTFE membrance with upper and lower layers of oxford cloth has obvious advantages,such as lower resistance,higher efficiency and less risk of damage in post-processing and use, compared with the common duble-layer structure filter material.
The core of the PTFE composting membrane odorless composter is to control the changes of key factors such as oxygen, temperature and microorganism in the sealed composting environment through technical means, so as to achieve the purpose of environmental protection, odorless, efficient and low-cost composting. 
The principle is to use teflon nano membrane as the covering material to form a low-cost closed composting environment, ensure the oxygen concentration required by fermentation microorganisms through bottom ventilation, and then rely on high-temperature fermentation linkage technology to exchange and supply oxygen with high-pressure gas, multi factor intelligent linkage, effectively control microbial activity, control ammonia volatilization in the reactor, and block the diffusion of odor of livestock and poultry manure, Reduce the moisture content of materials, shorten the composting cycle, and realize the efficient, low-cost harmless treatment and resource utilization of organic wastes such as livestock and poultry manure.
