Product Description

1. 100% PTFE scrim is made of 500den(500dtex) filament fiber (yarn) using the plain weave.
Warp and weft density of fabric can be designed according to the requirement of the filtrationmedium.
For example,warp:140 threads/10cm, weft:140 thrads/10cm(140g/m2).
Warp and weft strength: above 1000N.
2.PTFE scrim is made of PTFE filament fiber which have excellent textile performance.it is widely used in very corrosive application such as cola-fired power plant, cementplant,waste to energy etc. PTFE scrim has become the preferred optionm be used tahnks to its superior performance.
3.Senrong's normal products including: PTFE scrim used for 100% purity spum laced & needled; PTF scrim used for 100% PTFE fiber cloth. Different PTFE scrim's breaking force and gram requirements could be produced on customer's demands.
