Product Description

PTFE membrance for mask is made by unique paste extruding and bidirectional drawing technology.The product structure is unique--the fiber is interlaced by micro fiber between "nodes", the pore diamter is 0.1~1.4um, and the porosity is more than 80%
The three-layer structural PTFE membrance for mask material obtained by combining PTFE membrance with upper and lower layers of non-woven cloth has obvious advantages,such as lower resistance,higher efficiency and less risk of damage in post-processing and use, compared with the common duble-layer structure filter material.
PTFE porous membrance can be compounded with hydrophilic and hydrophobic filter materials.
