•  Material introduction:

PTFE, commonly known as "plastic king", is a polymer compound made of PTFE, with excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, in addition to molten metal sodium and liquid fluorine, can withstand almost all other chemicals. It has sealing, excellent self-lubrication non-adhesion, electrical insulation and good aging resistance, large temperature span (can work at the temperature of-180ºC to + 250ºC), is one of the best corrosion resistance materials in the world.
However, pure PTFE due to poor wear resistance, poor thermal conductivity, poor mechanical properties and easy to creep. Although the filler can reduce the tensile strength and elongation of PTFE and cause a slight increase in the friction coefficient, it can effectively improve the thermal conductivity, hardness, bearing capacity (compressive strength) and friction and wear resistance of PTFE composites.
